The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end restaurant located in Isa Town, Bahrain. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced chef who can lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision, while also meeting customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production, cleanliness, and safety
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed while adhering to budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continually elevate the dining experience
- Monitor food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
- Passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, as well as guests from different backgrounds
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus accommodation. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts.
