Construction Manager for Renovation Projects in Vianden

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage renovation projects in Vianden. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors needed for the projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage and supervise construction workers on site, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship meets company standards
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Filipino language is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month
