Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Vianden. Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. You will be required to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in construction management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month.

City: Vianden, Luxembourg.
