Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and we offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures according to design plans
- Ensure all wiring and connections are properly installed and secured
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper functioning of solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer preferred
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, tools, and equipment related to solar installation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in solar installation is a plus.

Language:
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Nepali or other languages is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is primarily an outdoor job, with occasional indoor work when installing systems in buildings. The job may involve working at heights and in various weather conditions. The candidate must be able to travel within the city or nearby areas for installations.
