We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Acre, offering a competitive salary of $1000. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to engineering plans and specifications
- Ensure proper placement, alignment, and wiring of all components
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights or with electrical equipment
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
