Junior JAVA Developer - Contract Position


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior JAVA Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Jerusalem. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications using JAVA technologies. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to individuals of any nationality. However, Canadian candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the design process
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code according to industry standards
- Test and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to JAVA development
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of JAVA programming language
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport for security clearance purposes (if applicable)

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1200 per month.

Location:
Jerusalem, Israel. This position does not require English proficiency but candidates must have legal authorization to work in Israel.
