We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and is open to all nationalities.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This includes identifying leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and other lead generation methods
- Make sales presentations to potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep updated records of sales activity and report on sales performance
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new sales strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
