Sales Representative for Indian Market in Kaunas, Lithuania

As a Sales Representative for the Indian market in Kaunas, Lithuania, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to Indian customers. Your goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indian market, including customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Promote and sell our products to Indian customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, meetings, and events
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies for the Indian market
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from Indian clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian market is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients from different cultural backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry trends related to the Indian market

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As this is a sales role, your salary may also include commission based on your performance. This job does not require prior experience but we do expect you to have strong sales skills. Working hours may vary depending on client needs. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or provide visa sponsorship. However, we will provide a free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
