We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine design requirements and preferences
- Use CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of proposed designs
- Develop design concepts that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations
- Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and visual aids

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
