We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings while meeting the requirements of our clients. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary changes to designs based on client feedback or project constraints
- Visit construction sites to ensure that the project is progressing as planned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
