Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans and designs for commercial buildings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Able to work full-time without accommodation (remote work may be considered)
- Eligible to work in Lithuania (Indian nationals preferred)
