As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative menus that appeal to our diverse customer base
- Ensure high quality food is consistently prepared and presented according to company standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach kitchen staff
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and ingredients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
