Heavy Equipment Operator - Washington, USA
A reputable construction company in Washington, USA is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome applicants of all nationalities and provide accommodation for our employees.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project needs and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in heavy equipment operation preferred but not required
- Experience with GPS systems for grading operations preferred
