Barista (Filipino) in Las Vegas



As a Barista at our café in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and measuring ingredients accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to health codes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
