Job Title: Moderator - Indian Community (Akron)


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Moderator to join our growing team in Akron. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging online community for Indian users. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online platform to ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Engage and interact with Indian community members to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing the Indian user base
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and topics within the Indian community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Marathi is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a valid visa to work in the United States
