As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will work with various tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns to mix and apply plaster materials. Your main goal will be to ensure the quality and durability of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before applying plaster
- Measure and cut plaster materials according to job specifications
- Mix plaster materials to desired consistency
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using appropriate tools
- Smooth out any imperfections or air bubbles in the plaster
- Create decorative finishes such as textures or patterns using specialized techniques
- Repair and patch any damaged areas on existing plaster surfaces
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used in the process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in construction industry
- Solid knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for imperfections
- Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with safety practices in construction work

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with different types of plaster finishes such as Venetian or textured plasters
- Knowledge of painting techniques for finishing touch-ups on completed projects

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Ohio (open to Malayalees and Nepali applicants)

Employment type: Part-time (hours can vary depending on project needs)
