Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Akron. As a Nepali national, you will play a vital role in managing our construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific project tasks
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting construction work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Nepali nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
