As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading cargo at the Nakuru port. This physically demanding role requires strength, stamina, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all cargo is handled with care.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cargo from trucks, ships, and other modes of transportation
- Secure cargo properly for transportation
- Inspect cargo for damage or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks
- Report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali fluency is a plus)
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends if necessary
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
