Factory Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in our production process. This position requires someone with previous experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines used in the production process, including but not limited to cutting, molding, and assembling machines
- Monitor the machines and ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of machines used in manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate on their own.
