Office Manager in Nakuru, Kenya


We are in search of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks within the office. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's daily activities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Manage employee records and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and management.
- Handle any inquiries or complaints from clients or employees with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for important documents.
- Monitor office expenses and handle budgeting for office supplies.
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya. We welcome both Kenyan citizens looking for full-time employment as well as foreigners seeking part-time positions.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required for this position.

Accommodation:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must be able to secure their own housing if they are not already located in Nakuru.
