Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of new software features and functionalities
- Develop test cases and execute them to identify defects and bugs
- Troubleshoot issues and report findings to the development team
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality code
- Participate in the planning and execution of software releases
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
