Merchandiser for Indian Market in Eschen

We are a global retail company looking for a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Eschen, specializing in the Indian market. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product strategies, analyzing market trends, and maintaining inventory levels. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by effectively managing product categories.

The ideal candidate for this position should be an Indian national with prior experience in merchandising. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer market. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and maintain quality standards. You will also conduct regular store visits to gather insights on customer preferences and competitor activities. In addition, you will monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for product assortment based on market trends.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with potential bonus opportunities. We do not require English proficiency or prior work experience in Eschen. However, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of the Indian market and culture.
