Office Assistant in Vianden, Luxembourg
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. English language skills are not required for this role, making it suitable for foreigners.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Keep the office area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (preferred) or French
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
