Administrator for a Multinational Company in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking an efficient and organized Administrator to join our multinational company in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support HR with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
- Handle travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
Requirements:
- Pakistani or Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Full-time availability with no prior work experience required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary: 1600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
