Position: Administrator
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Preference for Indian applicants)
Salary: 1400$ per month
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone with experience in office administration and strong communication skills. The candidate should have a valid visa to work in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the office.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Answering calls and responding to emails from clients and customers.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
