Administrator - Al-Khor, Canada
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Canada. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Provide support to the team by handling incoming calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work legally in Canada (Canadian citizenship or valid work permit)
Salary: $1600 per month
