Location: Khasab, Oman

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers.
- Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy in preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling complaints or concerns.
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume environments.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one.
