Rental Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our rental company in Nairobi. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the rental process from start to finish. This includes communicating with clients, scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their rental needs and provide suitable solutions
- Create rental contracts and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Schedule pick-ups and drop-offs in a timely manner
- Process payments and manage rental fees
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced before being rented out
- Keep accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and vehicle availability
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the rental industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (or another Indian language)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles for processing payments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records
