We are currently seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. Our company specializes in the restoration and preservation of historical buildings, and we are looking for a skilled professional with experience in this field.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing preservation plans for various historical structures. This will involve conducting thorough site surveys, assessing the condition of the building, and creating detailed reports outlining necessary repairs and restoration work.

You will also be involved in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all preservation projects are completed successfully and within budget. This may include overseeing construction work, reviewing plans and designs, and providing technical guidance as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect on historical buildings. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD is also essential.
