We are searching for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate should have experience in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and equipment
- Install new appliances or fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed with quality and safety standards in mind

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
- Valid driver's license

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The selected candidate will be expected to work 20 hours per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
