Construction Manager for Residential Projects in Ufa, Russia

We are a leading construction company in Ufa and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential construction projects, from planning and budgeting to on-site management and project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Manage construction teams and ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Russian is required, English proficiency is a plus

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation not provided)
