Indian Executive Chef


The Indian Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and menu development at our company's restaurant in Acre. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an Indian cuisine setting, and possess a deep understanding of traditional Indian flavors and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors and appeal to our diverse customer base
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitary guidelines
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and profit maximization strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and familiarity with regional variations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of menu development, recipe creation, and cost control
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes that reflect the essence of Indian cuisine

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the employment contract.

Note: This is a seasonal job opportunity for individuals without prior experience as an Executive Chef. Training will be provided on-site. Fluency in English is required.
