Teamlead - Biometric Passport Project (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Teamlead for our Biometric Passport Project, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of Indian professionals in the development and implementation of cutting-edge biometric passport technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Develop and implement project plans, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for their professional development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of biometric passport technology into existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or project management
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of biometric technology, preferably in the context of passports or identity documents
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
