Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Tester, you will be responsible for executing and documenting test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure quality software releases. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pakistani or African candidate with strong English language skills to gain experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify bugs and ensure software functionality
- Document and report defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and procedures
- Communicate testing progress, results, and any potential risks to project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance role
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
