Formwork Carpenter


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Ashdod. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing temporary structures to support concrete pouring on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools
- Cut and shape materials according to specifications
- Assemble and install formwork, including scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems
- Secure formwork in place with bolts, nails, or screws
- Build wooden structures such as stairs, frames, and scaffolds
- Align forms for pouring concrete using levels, plumb bobs, or laser equipment
- Pour concrete into forms to create foundations, walls, or other structures
- Remove forms after the concrete has set
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality control

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formwork Carpenter
- Familiarity with construction blueprints and diagrams
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

City:
This position is located in Ashdod.

Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Africans or Malayalees.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension.
