We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and budget management.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials.
- Handle customer complaints or conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive working environment for all employees.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
