Concierge Assistant
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various concierge duties.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, providing information about the local area and attractions, making reservations for restaurants and other services, arranging transportation, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
