We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our construction team in Atlanta. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites for pouring concrete by cleaning, leveling, and setting up forms.
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications.
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools.
- Install reinforcing materials such as steel bars or wire mesh.
- Direct truck drivers to ensure proper delivery and placement of concrete.
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of mixing concrete and using hand/power tools safely.
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Certification in concrete work or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers or excavators.
