Computer Support Specialist


A reputable IT company in Akron is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an Egyptian individual who is fluent in English and has experience in providing technical support to computer users.

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting users with various technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining the overall functionality of our computer systems. You will also be required to install and configure new hardware and software, as well as provide training to employees on how to use new technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical levels. In addition, you must be able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
