We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Shan, providing environmentally-friendly energy solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar panel installation and be familiar with various mounting systems. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing solar panels on residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and determine appropriate placement for solar panels
- Install mounting systems and secure solar panels to the roof or ground
- Connect wiring and perform electrical connections to ensure proper functioning of the system
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean worksite at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations within deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred
- Familiarity with various mounting systems, such as fixed tilt, ballasted, or roof attachment systems
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and connections
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
