Team Lead - Operations (Balzers)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our operations team in Balzers. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of operations professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure targets and goals are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
- Identify training needs and provide training opportunities for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this position.
