Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Balzers. You will develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clients. Your duties will include identifying potential clients, attending networking events, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure the hotel is meeting guest needs and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and maintain a professional image for the hotel.

As a successful candidate, you should have previous experience in hotel sales or a related field. You should be familiar with sales techniques and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is preferred, as well as fluency in English, Malayalee or Egyptian nationality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and other industry events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required), Malayalee or Egyptian nationality (preferred)

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Balzers (without accommodation)
