Indian Concierge in Muscat


A luxury hotel in Muscat is seeking an experienced Indian Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling luggage and arranging transportation
- Handle guest requests such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and special arrangements
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests
- Ensure all guest concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- Keep track of guest preferences to personalize their experience during their stay
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Muscat with a valid visa or own visa sponsorship
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working as a concierge in a hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of Muscat's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and staff discounts on hotel services.
