Seasonal Concierge for Luxury Resort in Salalah, Egypt



We are currently seeking a Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxury resort in Salalah, Egypt. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and activities
- Make reservations and arrangements for guests including dining, transportation, and spa services
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Respond to guest requests for housekeeping, maintenance, or other services
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area to assist guests with planning their stay
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to enhance their experience during future visits

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Previous experience as a concierge or in customer service required
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

This is a seasonal position with an hourly rate of $1800. Own visa is required.
