Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with all food safety regulations and standards
