A prestigious hotel in Faisalabad is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Conduct site inspections and attend trade shows to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials
- Monitor competition and make adjustments to sales strategies as needed
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and complaints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-national candidates
