Solar Installer Technician

We are a solar energy company based in Lahore and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer Technician to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and local building codes
- Troubleshoot any issues with solar energy systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for installation
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns from clients
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good understanding of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
