Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Lahore is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the construction or real estate industries. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, providing accurate data and reports, and working closely with project managers and engineers. This position does not offer accommodation and requires the candidate to have their own visa. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important data
- Use various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones to collect accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports for clients
- Communicate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites or other potentially hazardous areas
- Keep updated with industry developments, new technology, and best practices in land surveying

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or real estate industries
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS systems, and drones
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and reports
- Knowledge of CAD software is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Lahore.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday.
