Junior Construction Manager - Dubai


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Construction Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise
- Assist in the selection of contractors and vendors for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one for work in Dubai
- Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
