Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Salalah. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and appointments, and maintaining office supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the team
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle general office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in administration is not required but preferred
